Reality Modifier Exercise

Here's a really cool exercise that could answer many questions in your life and help thrust you into a new understanding of yourself.
Enjoy! Reality Modifier Exercise How would you like to modify your life and experience at least a 50% - 75% improvement in all areas-within a matter of minutes? The Reality Modifier Exercise is designed to give your life and person an instant reality adjustment to start living a happier, more productive, and prosperous life.
You're going to love the simplicity of this process.
Divide two separate sheets of paper into three columns and write at the top of each column on page one: - Negative Trait(s) about yourself you don't like - Why Do I Possess It? (How does it serve me?) - What can I do about it? On page two, write the following: - Positive Trait(s) about yourself you do like - Why Do I Possess It? (How does it serve me?) - What can I do to express more of this in my life and person? Be brutally honest with yourself when identifying your "Traits.
" This is a completely confidential exercise that no one will ever see.
You need to trust yourself enough to identify the negative (as well as the positive) traits in your "real" inner being.
  1. When answering the "Why do I possess it?" make sure you force yourself to identify some way that particular trait is serving you.
    Everything we do will serve us in some way and this portion of the exercise is a major step in modifying your reality.
    The more you can get in touch with how the trait is serving you the better equipped you'll be to diminish or enhance that particular trait in your life to create a better reality.
  2. The primary objective of this exercise is to reveal a way for you to modify and improve your reality quickly.
    The last step of the exercise is the "Icing on the cake.
    "
When identifying your negative traits, "What can I do about it?" can actually be rephrased to "What am I willing to do about it?" Either way, you'll get the point.
Either you embrace the negative trait, the way it serves you, and the repercussions of maintaining this negative trait in your life, or, you change it.
It really is as fundamental as 1 + 1 = you.
You have the power to continue to be what you don't like or modify your reality to be the person you want to really exist as, for the rest of your life.
When identifying your positive traits, "What can I do to express more of this in my life and person?" can actually be rephrased to "What do I want to express and experience more of, in myself during this life? The more you enhance your positive traits, the better you'll feel about yourself as a person and your life as a whole.
When we polish a beautiful, but tarnished metal ornament, it becomes shinier and more beautiful.
The truth is, the ornament was beautiful to start with and the polishing just revealed more of its underlying, already existing beauty.
The same goes for our own selves when we do this portion of the exercise.
We are simply expressing more of our underlying, existing beauty to ourselves and all of life.
  1. Reread your results one time.
  2. Destroy the exercise.
    You'll remember what you need to work on, at this time, in your life.
    This will help you to trust the confidentiality of the exercise and yourself the next time you choose to complete the exercise.
  3. Repeat the exercise as often as you like or until you Modify Your Reality and you're experiencing life at your desired level on a day-to-day basis.
