As you age your metabolism will generally slow and if you use exercise you will find that you can help to speed it up.
You will also find that you will be able to fall asleep more quickly when your exercise.
This is pretty much a natural sedative and it also helps you to be able to sleep more restfully.
This is something we all could certainly benefit from.
Not to mention how much better we would feel if we just spent a few minutes a day on our exercise.
